We ship from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we try to ship our products as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be made within the first 12 hours. All requests for this will be rejected. After receiving the product, it can be returned with a refund provided the product has not been damaged by you.

Which payment methods do we accept?

We accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and Paypal.

When will my order be executed?

All orders are managed in our warehouse and executed from there. We ask for your understanding for extra time during holidays or sales seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are completed within 1-3 business days, and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we cannot ship during the weekend.

How long does it take until I receive my product?

Due to high demand, deliveries can take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.

What if I don't receive my product?

If you have not received your product within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs and tax fees?

The prices displayed on our website are in euros and are tax-free, so it is possible that you may be liable to pay customs duties and taxes once you have received your delivery. Import taxes, duties and customs fees may be charged once once your product has arrived at its destination. These depend on the local customs office. Payments of customs duties and taxes are your own responsibility and are not covered by us. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by your country's customs office. What if goods I have received are damaged, incorrect or defective?

Please contact us if you have received incorrect, missing, and/or defective merchandise. Please include your goods number and photos of the goods after receiving the package. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you completed your payment with a credit or debit card, you will receive your credits in your bank account within 7-10 business days of your cancellation order or return receipt.
Please contact your card issuing bank if you have any questions about when your refund will arrive. If you have not yet received your refund, you can do the following: contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time until you receive the refund in your account.
